As part of the Add-ons we've acquired, we've put a lot of thought into managing add-ons on your account page, and are excited to say that it is easier than ever to see all of your licenses in one place!
If you've never purchased anything from us directly, an account has already been created with the email address that was on file at the time you purchased your add-ons. To gain access to this account, you can submit a password reset.
If you still don't see your purchased licenses on your Account page, this is most commonly due to licenses being purchased under a different email address then the one tied to the account your currently logged in under.
If all else fails we would recommend going to your Account page and clicking the "Add Existing License" link, and filling out the form.
