Installing and Updating
EE2: Installing Forms
- From the zip, upload the "/forms" folder to "/system/expressionengine/third_party"
- From the zip, upload the "/themes/forms" folder to "/themes/third_party"
- Install the module in Add-Ons → Modules
- While installing, choose to install the fieldtype as well
EE3+: Installing Forms
- From the zip, upload the "/forms" folder to "/system/user/addons"
- From the zip, upload the "/themes/forms" folder to "/themes/user"
- Install the module in Addons Page
