When using ExpressionEngine Pro, Forms widget is available for CP Dashboard/Homepage
Forms Prolet
When ExpressionEngine Pro is being used, on pages that have {exp:forms:form} tag present the form can be edited right on the front-end using the Prolet, which can be accessed by clicking the Forms icon in the Dock.
